Next Executive meeting is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 13, 2005, at the Russell United Church hall.  (proposed agenda)  Directors, please note that your attendance is required to sign documents for the incorporation of the RDGHA. The meetings are open to all members of the RDGHA and I encourage all Executive members, managers and coaches to attend. Please let me know if you are unable to attend.       03/08/05

Annual General Meeting (AGM) Tuesday April 19th, 2005        02/23/05

The AGM will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday April 19, 2005, in the upper hall of the Russell United Church, 38 Mill Street, Russell, Ontario.  Refreshments will be served during the meeting.

Please note that everyone is encouraged to attend.  A minimum of four representatives from each team is required to attend this meeting


The following positions on the Executive will be vacant – President, Vice President, Director of Development, Director of Public Relations, Treasurer and Secretary.

You may submit your nominations for these positions prior to the meeting by contacting the secretary at
445-5656.  Nominations will also be accepted during the meeting provided that the persons nominated are in attendance.
